1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
2. Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
3. Update organizational charts on a monthly basis.
4. Prepare presentations on various HR topics such as EVP, Training, Development, and Budget.
5. Update talent profiles and development interview reports.
6. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including invitations and materials.
7. Provide administrative support for HR Business Partner functions.

1. Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Fluent in English (C1 level); French is a plus.

Previous experience in an HR department is a plus, but not required.
