1. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives and business growth.
2. Advise senior management on HR-related matters, workforce planning, and organizational development.
3. Drive HR initiatives supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
4. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
5. Develop talent management programs for career growth and succession planning.
6. Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and create staffing strategies.
7. Manage union relations and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
8. Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring fair resolutions.
9. Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Mexican labor laws.
10. Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
11. Ensure compliance with payroll, social security, and benefits regulations.
12. Benchmark salary structures and benefits packages against industry standards.
13. Apply performance appraisal systems and guide managers on employee evaluations.
14. Develop training and development programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
15. Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities.
16. Oversee delivery of training programs, including onboarding and leadership development.
17. Promote continuous learning initiatives and professional development.
18. Ensure compliance with federal and local labor laws, including IMSS and INFONAVIT.
19. Maintain up-to-date HR policies, employee handbooks, and workplace regulations.
20. Oversee audits and risk assessments to mitigate legal exposure and compliance risks.
21. Develop and implement DEI initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
22. Monitor and manage salary costs to align with budget and financial goals.
23. Conduct regular salary reviews and adjustments based on performance and market trends.
24. Provide salary cost reports and analysis to senior management.
25. Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies.
26. Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters and company meetings.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. MBA preferred.

1. Deep understanding of the Mexican consumer market.
2. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.

Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources management.
