- Assist the Talent Manager with various tasks and projects.
- Learn about different talent management strategies by observing and participating in planning meetings.
- Aid in creating materials or events that promote company culture and values.
- Provide support with recruitment processes by helping to organize interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing onboarding materials.
- Shadow HR professionals during interviews to learn best practices.
- Observe HR guidance provided to managers and learn how to challenge proposals constructively.
- Observe Employee Relations Managers handling issues and learn through their approach.
- Participate in employee relations meetings as a note-taker or coordinator under guidance.
- Degree in human resources, psychology, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level). French is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and team player.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Dynamic and quick learner.
- Proficient in MS Office and advanced in Excel.
Previous experience in an HR department is a plus.
Degree in human resources, psychology, or related field.
