1. Control and analyze HR-related data, including costs and employee headcount, ensuring thorough follow-up and analysis of deviations.
2. Update and maintain the HR dashboard, monitoring HR statistics and KPIs by brand, and consolidating LVMH P&C figures.
3. Ensure timely updates and follow-ups on HR Group reporting data, adhering to monthly and annual deadlines.
4. Generate reports and analyses for the HR department, including evolution and deviation scenarios to assist in decision-making.
5. Participate in the budget process, updating changes and conducting necessary analyses in collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Controlling Team.
6. Collaborate in the annual salary review process by checking and updating salary information and preparing reports for the salary review.
7. Support the implementation of Compensation and Benefits policies, including comparing offers and forecasting expenditures.
8. Manage invoices from Compensation & Benefits suppliers.
9. Prepare monthly exception reports for payroll payment.
10. Complete internal salary or public surveys.

1. Degree in Business Administration; specialization in HR Analytics is highly appreciated.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level); French is a plus.
3. Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel; knowledge of Visual Basic or Power BI is advantageous.
4. Previous experience in Controlling is valuable.

Salary range of 800€ net per month.
