LVMH Finance Executive

1. Create, maintain, and report on Fixed Assets.
2. Assist in the preparation of monthly and periodic management reports.
3. Conduct monthly financial closing tasks, including lease accounting and bank reconciliations.
4. Review and maintain integrity of data related to new or amended lease agreements.
5. Coordinate and submit documentation for vendor creation.
6. Perform accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
7. Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
8. Draft audited financial reports and liaise with external auditors.
9. Prepare tax schedules and liaise with tax consultants.
10. Handle insurance submissions and liaise with insurers.
11. Support the GL Assistant Manager with ad-hoc duties.

1. Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or ACCA graduate/currently pursuing ACCA.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

1. Strong accounting entry skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot tables.
3. Knowledge of GST is mandatory.
4. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
5. Excellent team-playing abilities.
6. Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7. Dynamic and proactive approach.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience is required.

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or ACCA graduate/currently pursuing ACCA.
