1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competitive activities, including special actions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock availability.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract with 36 hours per week, social benefits included.
