LVMH Accounts Receivable Accountant

- Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable by sales channels, including department stores and e-commerce.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances.
- Maintain accurate AR sub-ledger and reconcile with the general ledger.
- Prepare AR-related journal entries and manage month-end closing activities.
- Support revenue recognition in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and finance teams regarding billing and collections.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Prepare AR reports, including aging analysis and collection status.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Prepare sales order block reports.
- Support DSO calculation.
- Prepare payments to vendors and manage cash collection from customers.
- Post bank statements and settle AR.
- Ensure timely and correct payment of company taxes.
- Manage and follow up on corporate card operations, including commissions and charges.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting roles.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or AX.
- Possession of an accounting certificate (CPA or AICPA) is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in PC operations.
- Precision and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
A minimum of one year in an accounts receivable or accounting role is required.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
