LVMH Accounts Receivable Accountant

1. Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable by sales channels, including department stores and e-commerce.
2. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances.
3. Maintain accurate AR sub-ledger and reconcile with the general ledger.
4. Prepare AR-related journal entries and manage month-end closing activities.
5. Support revenue recognition in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
6. Coordinate with sales, customer service, and finance teams regarding billing and collections.
7. Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
8. Prepare AR reports, including aging analysis and collection status.
9. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
10. Prepare sales order block reports.
11. Support DSO calculation.
12. Prepare payments to vendors and manage cash collection from customers.
13. Post bank statements and settle AR.
14. Ensure timely and correct payment of company taxes.
15. Manage and follow up on corporate card operations, including commissions and charges.

1. University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
2. 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting roles.

1. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or AX.
2. Possession of an accounting certificate (CPA or AICPA) is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Analytical skills and proficiency in PC operations.
5. Precision and accuracy in work.
6. Proficiency in spoken and written English.

A minimum of one year in an accounts receivable or accounting role is required.

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
