Open Innovation Assistant Intern

1. Support the team in identifying innovation needs of the Group's brands.
2. Take notes and prepare meeting summaries.
3. Identify startups based on the brands' priority needs by following VCs, events, and information sources.
4. Meet startups to learn more about their offerings.
5. Monitor collaborations and synergies between startups and the brands.
6. Assist in coaching intrapreneurs in the DARE program.
7. Stay informed and report on sectoral trends.
8. Collaborate with the Communication team to increase program visibility.
9. Categorize and highlight success stories.
10. Propose and implement new ideas.
11. Support the operations team with administrative tasks.
12. Harmonize team calendar and KPI tracking.

1. Final year internship
2. Good knowledge of the startup, VC, and entrepreneurial ecosystem
3. First experience in Open Innovation project management
4. Effective project management toolkit
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
6. Ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations
7. Team player and proactive
8. Humble, kind, and positive personality
9. Fluent in English
