LVMH Office Manager

- Provide logistical support for organizing team meetings, seminars, and team outings.
- Update invitation lists and manage mailings.
- Participate in the logistical organization of internal team events.
- Manage personnel administration, including onboarding of new employees in collaboration with Human Resources and General Services.
- Handle accounting tasks such as invoice management, budget tracking, and cost optimization, and serve as the interface with the accounting department.
- Manage expense reports for the Executive Committee.
- Oversee stock management, supplies, and general maintenance requests in coordination with General Services.
- Act as the point of contact for IT and equipment needs.
- Distribute mail and newspapers.
- Support the Director of Communication with calendar management.
- Assist in planning meetings, teleconferences, video conferences, and lunches.
- Organize travel arrangements, including hotels, flights, taxis, and visas.
- Manage phone calls and welcome guests.
- BTS in Management Assistant or Executive Assistant of Organizations.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Dynamic and autonomous work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Team spirit and confidentiality.
- Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Office Management, preferably within a communication agency and an international environment.
BTS in Management Assistant or Executive Assistant of Organizations.
