- Design and implement innovative learning solutions tailored to business and HR needs to foster a learning organization culture.
- Support HR Directors and Development Managers in identifying, consolidating, and reporting short- and medium-term team needs.
- Structure and manage the Learning activity, training plan, and allocated budget.
- Identify and manage partnerships with external providers, trainers, and experts.
- Define and oversee learning KPIs for continuous offer optimization.
- Stay informed on legal updates and trends in learning, including financing mechanisms.
- Animate and optimize existing learning programs: Cheval Blanc Academy, mentorship, coaching, cross-training, and tandem.
- Collaborate on individualized development plans for Top Talents and monitor progress.
- Propose innovative pedagogical formats and content for operational teams.
- Manage and optimize the digital onboarding platform.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor all LVMH and Cheval Blanc learning-related tools and systems, including the upcoming LMS implementation.
- Ensure knowledge and adaptation of existing LVMH learning programs within the Maisons.
- Conduct Rise campaigns for Hotel Management and Cheval Blanc Maisons, ensuring data processing and action plan follow-up.
- Lead and animate L&D committees and manage Training Managers across hotels.
- Support specific training plans for hotel openings and reopenings, participating in local corporate module animation.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to assess operational needs and provide learning solutions to maintain high LQA standards.
- Communicate and promote the L&D offer within global and local management.
- 5 years of experience in luxury training engineering, animation, and talent process management, including program design.
- Generalist HR training background.
- Experience in luxury hospitality is advantageous.
- Bilingual in English.
- Expertise in PowerPoint and training presentation/animation tools.
- Proficiency in LMS and training systems.
- Strategic thinking with operational deployment capability.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Strong analytical and structuring skills.
- Project management expertise with organizational and interpersonal excellence.
- Creative and team-oriented leadership.
A minimum of 5 years in training engineering and talent management within the luxury sector, with experience in program design.
Generalist HR training background.
Compensation package includes base salary (commensurate with experience), performance-based bonus, and holding interest bonus.
