LVMH Junior Internal Communications Project Manager

Within LVMH, the Holding provides expertise, advice, and global coordination to all Maisons and subsidiaries, both in France and internationally, to collaboratively develop solutions for current and future challenges.
- Contribute to the development and regular updates of the Holding's intranet.
- Manage the Solidarity Missions program, including identifying new missions and associations, creating and maintaining an annual calendar of key events, and communicating with employees.
- Assist in the design and implementation of internal events (conferences, ceremonies), HR events (information mornings), or CSR events (Solidarity Christmas, Solidarity Team Building).
- Participate in the consolidation, design, and deployment of the monthly newsletter and other internal communication actions.
- Conduct research on internal communication or employer brand issues, staying abreast of the latest innovations.
- Monitor the performance of actions through reporting.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School, Communication, or equivalent with a specialization in Communication.
- Previous experience in the field of Communication is preferred.
- Genuine interest in Communication with knowledge of internal communication and HR issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and a data-driven culture.
- Creative with a balance between editorial writing and creative vision.
- Proactive, dynamic, versatile, and operationally inclined.
Beginner level experience in the field of Communication is preferred.
Master's degree in Business School, Communication, or equivalent with a specialization in Communication.
The apprenticeship is available from September 2026 for a duration of 12 months, based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. LVMH recognizes and recruits all talents.
