1. Contribute to ongoing studies and project implementation within the HR transformation program.
2. Define and monitor sprint rhythms using Agile methodology.
3. Understand HR products to be delivered and liaise with product development.
4. Draft project documentation.
5. Manage project schedules.
6. Conduct cross-functional project tracking and utilize project management tools.
7. Participate in project phases, including needs formalization, user stories, testing, and acceptance.
8. Identify project risks within assigned scope.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Digital Transformation, or Project Management.
2. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors.
3. Initial experience in transformation projects.
4. Strong understanding of HR issues and processes.

2. Organized, meticulous, and autonomous.
3. Team-oriented with a dynamic and challenging mindset.
4. Advanced English proficiency.

Entry-level experience in transformation projects is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
