LVMH HRIS Project Assistant Internship

- Contribute to ongoing studies and project implementation within the HR transformation program.
- Define and monitor sprint rhythms using Agile methodology.
- Understand HR products to be delivered and liaise with product development.
- Draft project documentation.
- Manage project schedules.
- Conduct cross-functional project tracking and utilize project management tools.
- Participate in project phases, including needs formalization, user stories, testing, and acceptance.
- Identify project risks within assigned scope.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Digital Transformation, or Project Management.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Initial experience in transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of HR issues and processes.
- Proficiency in Core HR concepts and personnel administration.
- Organized, meticulous, and autonomous.
- Team-oriented with a dynamic and challenging mindset.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Entry-level experience in transformation projects is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
