1. Contribute to the deployment of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs initiatives, including marketing, recruitment, integration, and learning journey.
2. Support continuous improvement of the program through candidate experience enhancement, HRIS systems features, provider management, project planning, and feedback reporting.
3. Activate Next Generation events such as afterworks, community gatherings, and learning expeditions.
4. Facilitate best practices sharing across Maisons and coordinate benchmarks and mappings.
5. Contribute to emerging HR projects for the Next Generation.
6. Support facilitation of stakeholder and ambassador communities and committees, including Graduates, Mentors, Managers, and HR professionals.
7. Collaborate with external and internal service providers to ensure timely and consistent delivery aligned with the LVMH brand.
8. Coordinate back-office activities, including reporting, KPI tracking, schedule management, database tracking, surveys, HR admin processes, and presentation design.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program.
2. Passionate about people and luxury.
3. Fluent in English, both oral and written; medium proficiency in French is required.
