Internship - Assistant Talent & HR Projects

1. Contribute to the deployment of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs initiatives, including marketing, recruitment, integration, and learning processes.
2. Support continuous improvement of the program, including candidate experience, HRIS systems features, provider management, project planning, and feedback reports.
3. Activate Next Generation related events, such as afterworks, community gatherings, and learning expeditions.
4. Help share best practices across the Maisons and coordinate benchmarks and mappings.
5. Contribute to emerging HR projects for the Next Generation.
6. Support facilitation of various stakeholders and ambassadors’ communities and committees.
7. Collaborate with external and internal service providers to ensure timely and consistent deliveries.
8. Coordinate back-office activities, including reporting, KPI tracking, schedule management, database tracking, surveys, HR admin processes, and presentation design.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program.
2. Business fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
3. Medium level of French is mandatory.
