1. Contribute to the deployment of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs initiatives, including marketing, recruitment, integration, and learning journey processes.
2. Support continuous improvement of the program by enhancing candidate experience, HRIS systems features, provider management, and project planning.
3. Activate Next Generation related events, including afterworks, community gatherings, and learning expeditions.
4. Facilitate best practices sharing across Maisons and coordinate benchmarks and mappings.
5. Contribute to emerging HR projects for the Next Generation.
6. Support facilitation of stakeholders and ambassadors’ communities and committees, including graduates, mentors, managers, and HR professionals.
7. Collaborate with external and internal service providers to ensure timely and brand-consistent deliveries.
8. Coordinate back-office activities, including reporting, KPIs tracking, schedule management, database tracking, and support on HR admin processes and presentation design.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program.

No prior experience required.

Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program.

Interns will receive meal vouchers, 75% reimbursement of transportation costs, access to the gym at a preferential rate, and free access to electric bicycles.
