1. Develop and implement the editorial and event calendar for headquarters teams, including newsletters, thematic events, and site animations.
2. Design and execute each internal event as unique experiences for talent communities, such as summer parties, conferences, masterclasses, family days, and talent community animations.
3. Actively contribute to preparing and equipping talent communities with essential resources and key engagement activities.
4. Draft, edit, and produce high-quality content for internal and HR communications targeted at specific audiences.
5. Create and deploy necessary communication assets using creative, innovative, and impactful formats, including presentations, emails, FAQs, and graphic designs.
6. Enhance the intranet as a central element of the employee experience at headquarters.
7. Support major HR projects for the headquarters.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to editorial guidelines, graphic standards, and the editorial and event calendar for the Holding teams.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal communications, with a strong interest in HR topics.

1. Proven writing and editorial skills.
2. Ability to analyze, synthesize, and formalize information.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, teamwork, adaptability, creativity, and aesthetic sensitivity.
4. Project engineering and management skills with strong organizational and interpersonal capabilities.
5. Agility in working methods.
6. Influence management skills in a matrix environment.
7. Fluent in English.

Minimum of 8 years in internal communications with a focus on HR-related topics.
