1. Monitor intellectual property portfolios (trademarks, designs, domain names) of the Maisons in collaboration with Industrial Property Advisors.
2. Conduct availability searches for trademarks and product names, and research the state of the art in designs and models.
3. Validate projects and conduct risk analysis for new product launches.
4. Draft and review contracts, including collaboration agreements and copyright licenses.
5. Participate in the management and monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation processes (success probability studies, cease and desist letters, settlement agreements, review of legal documents, etc.).
6. Conduct legal watch in intellectual property.
7. Research case law and draft legal notes.
8. Participate in conducting intellectual property audits.

1. Currently enrolled in a law program with a specialization in intellectual property.

1. Organizational skills and strong writing abilities.
2. Proficiency in legal databases and IT tools.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.

A first experience in a law firm or an internship in intellectual property is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in law with a focus on intellectual property.
