Responsibilities
- Monitor intellectual property rights portfolios (trademarks, designs, domain names) in collaboration with Industrial Property Advisors
- Conduct availability searches for trademarks and product names, and research the state of the art in designs
- Validate projects and analyze risks for new product launches
- Draft and review contracts (collaboration agreements, copyright licenses, etc.)
- Participate in the management and follow-up of pre-litigation and litigation (success probability studies, cease and desist letters, settlement agreements, review of pleadings, etc.)
- Conduct legal monitoring in intellectual property
- Research case law and draft notes
- Participate in intellectual property audits
Qualifications
- Student in law with a specialization in intellectual property
- A first experience in a law firm is a plus
- Previous internship in intellectual property is a plus
Skills
- Organizational skills
- Good writing skills
- Proficiency in legal databases and IT tools
- Fluency in English
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
