LVMH Intellectual Property Legal Intern

1. Monitor intellectual property rights portfolios (trademarks, designs, domain names) in collaboration with Industrial Property Advisors
2. Conduct availability searches for trademarks and product names, and research the state of the art in designs
3. Validate projects and analyze risks for new product launches
4. Draft and review contracts (collaboration agreements, copyright licenses, etc.)
5. Participate in the management and follow-up of pre-litigation and litigation (success probability studies, cease and desist letters, settlement agreements, review of pleadings, etc.)
6. Conduct legal monitoring in intellectual property
7. Research case law and draft notes
8. Participate in intellectual property audits

1. Student in law with a specialization in intellectual property
2. A first experience in a law firm is a plus
3. Previous internship in intellectual property is a plus

1. Organizational skills
2. Good writing skills
3. Proficiency in legal databases and IT tools
4. Fluency in English
5. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
