1. Monitor intellectual property rights portfolios (trademarks, designs, domain names) of the Maisons in collaboration with Industrial Property Advisors.
2. Conduct availability searches for trademarks and product names, and research the state of the art in designs and models.
3. Validate projects and perform risk analysis for new product launches.
4. Draft and review contracts (collaboration agreements, copyright licenses, etc.).
5. Participate in the management and monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation processes (success probability studies, cease and desist letters, settlement agreements, document reviews, etc.).
6. Conduct legal monitoring in intellectual property.
7. Research case law and draft legal notes.
8. Participate in conducting intellectual property audits.

1. Currently enrolled in a law program with a specialization in intellectual property.

1. Organizational skills and strong writing ability.
2. Proficiency in legal databases and computer tools.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.

No prior experience required, although previous experience in a law firm or an internship in intellectual property is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in law with a focus on intellectual property.
