1. Ensure operational maintenance of the HRIS with a comprehensive view across Holdings & Other Activities.
2. Coordinate interfaces with peripheral systems such as payroll, OKTA, and Concur.
3. Provide functional support and expertise to deployed entities.
4. Monitor and coordinate the resolution of anomalies, incidents, and support requests.
5. Ensure the quality and consistency of HR data across operating systems.
6. Integrate MyHR into the group ecosystem via Talent Connect.
7. Coordinate the HRIS support team across various levels.
8. Drive digital transformation of HR processes, prioritizing and managing optimization projects.
9. Promote a data-driven HR culture by guiding teams in data utilization.
10. Lead HRIS evolution requests in collaboration with technical support.
11. Maintain awareness of SuccessFactors updates and HRIS best practices.
12. Act as a business partner to HR teams within Holdings & Other Activities.
13. Serve as the primary contact for Tech teams on HRIS matters.
14. Manage budgetary aspects related to MyHR support and maintenance.

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in HRIS management.
2. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and PowerBI is advantageous.
3. Strong result orientation and problem-solving skills.
4. Comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle from an administrative perspective.
5. Excellent knowledge of HR processes and their system implementation.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
