LVMH HRIS Project Manager

- Ensure operational maintenance of the HRIS with a comprehensive view across Holdings & Other Activities.
- Coordinate interfaces with peripheral systems such as payroll, OKTA, and Concur.
- Provide functional support and expertise to deployed entities.
- Monitor and coordinate the resolution of anomalies, incidents, and support requests.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of HR data across operating systems.
- Integrate MyHR into the group ecosystem via Talent Connect.
- Coordinate the HRIS support team across various levels.
- Drive digital transformation of HR processes, prioritizing and managing optimization projects.
- Promote a data-driven HR culture by guiding teams in data utilization.
- Lead HRIS evolution requests in collaboration with technical support.
- Maintain awareness of SuccessFactors updates and HRIS best practices.
- Act as a business partner to HR teams within Holdings & Other Activities.
- Serve as the primary contact for Tech teams on HRIS matters.
- Manage budgetary aspects related to MyHR support and maintenance.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HRIS management.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and PowerBI is advantageous.
- Strong result orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle from an administrative perspective.
- Excellent knowledge of HR processes and their system implementation.

Minimum of 5 years in HRIS management or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
