1. Contribute to ongoing studies and the implementation project within the HR solutions transformation program.
2. Define rhythms and monitor sprints using Agile methodology.
3. Understand HR products to be delivered and their development linkage.
4. Draft project documentation.
5. Manage project schedules.
6. Conduct cross-functional project tracking and utilize project management tools.
7. Participate in project phases, including requirements formalization, user stories, testing, and validation.
8. Identify project risks within assigned scope.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac+4/+5 degree in Human Resource Management and Digital Transformation or a Master's in Project Management.
2. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors.
3. Previous experience in transformation projects.
4. Strong sensitivity to HR challenges.
5. Proficient in Core HR concepts and understanding of HR processes.
