1. Contribute to the ongoing study and project implementation
2. Define rhythms and track sprints using Agile methodology
3. Understand HR products to be delivered and coordinate with product development
4. Draft project documentation
5. Manage schedules
6. Provide cross-functional project tracking and utilize project management tools
7. Participate in project phases including needs formalization, user stories, testing, and acceptance
8. Identify project risks within the assigned scope

1. Enrolled in a Bac+4/+5 program in Human Resource Management and Digital Transformation or Project Management
2. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
3. First experience in transformation projects
4. Strong sensitivity to HR issues
5. Proficiency in Core HR concepts and understanding of HR processes

Entry-level experience in transformation projects.

Pursuing Bac+4/+5 in Human Resource Management, Digital Transformation, or Project Management.
