1. Support the Talent Development team on training, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
2. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions.
3. Coordinate interviews, including preparation and note-taking.
4. Support key group initiatives such as culture change and career development.
5. Plan and organize division-wide events.
6. Manage talent database and ensure data accuracy.
7. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
8. Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.
9. Create engaging presentations on talent development topics.
10. Manage the Talent Management system and ensure data integrity.
11. Oversee the intern recruitment process, including CV screening and conducting interviews.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
