LVMH HR Employee Listening & Transformation Intern

The Group's Human Resources Department, particularly the People Experience team, is dedicated to enhancing employee engagement and fostering an environment where individuals and teams can excel.
- Coordinate the collection and monitoring of post-survey action plans from Maisons and Divisions.
- Support the consolidation and dissemination of employee listening best practices across the Group.
- Participate in pilot initiatives for employee listening.
- Conduct research on external benchmarks and trends in employee engagement and listening practices.
- Facilitate the HR Listening Community through digital events and collaborative activities.
- Contribute to the planning and design of the 2026 Global Pulse Survey, including methodology and implementation processes.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a business school, university, or equivalent.
- Initial experience in Human Resources and/or transformation projects, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong interest in corporate culture development, including leadership, management, flexible working, feedback culture, and talent development.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken; basic knowledge of French is advantageous but not required.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to embodying LVMH Group's values of Creativity, Innovation, Excellence, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
Beginner-level experience in Human Resources or transformation projects, ideally within an international context.
Master's degree in progress from a business school, university, or equivalent.
