LVMH HR Data Analyst

- Strategically consolidate KPIs to ensure reliable data collection processes for annual and monthly reports, producing non-financial indicators.
- Maintain data quality by challenging data consistency and supporting annual report audits.
- Conduct impactful analyses to provide insights on HR indicators and workforce metrics for HR and business leaders.
- Clearly present social data to stakeholders, including the executive committee, top management, Maisons, and other departments such as CSR, Training, and Legal.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the HRIS reporting platform, managing the indicator database, user access, and data entry control.
- Oversee service providers during HRIS evolution projects, including compliance with the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and automation of monthly workforce indicators.
- Cultivate the HR Reporting community's data mindset through masterclasses and e-learning on HR data, annual, and monthly reports.
- Facilitate webinars and training sessions to familiarize users with tools, supporting the HR Reporting community of over 1,000 members across 75 Maisons.
- Analyze raw HR data to aid decision-making and automate analyses using tools like Power BI.
- Advanced degree (BAC+5) from a business school or specialized master's program.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar domain.
- Proficiency in handling and interpreting complex data.
- Confirmed expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Mastery of BI tools such as Power BI.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
- Meticulousness, autonomy, organization, and excellent presentation skills.
- Sharp critical analysis and precise synthesis abilities.
- Proven collaborative skills and team player mentality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar field.
Advanced degree (BAC+5) from a business school or specialized master's program.
