LVMH HR Controlling and HRIS Manager

- Ensure comprehensive understanding and deployment of group definitions related to headcounts and HR KPIs.
- Consolidate and monitor monthly headcount and KPI evolution, providing analysis for HRD/Finance.
- Coordinate with Central Finance to maintain consistency in HR data.
- Serve as the primary contact for Group HR Analytics, ensuring data quality for monthly reporting and annual social audits.
- Support budget and forecast phases.
- Conduct necessary audits related to social data and assist HRD in analyzing HR processes.
- Develop ad hoc presentations and analyses based on business needs.
- Evaluate and harmonize payroll processes, including the potential outsourcing of payroll, coordinating supplier selection and project rollout.
- Map and analyze the spectrum of HRIS tools used by companies.
- Support the implementation and effective use of the group HRIS solution.
- Advise local HR on process improvements and the feasibility of shared tools and practices.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with GDPR.
- Act as the focal point for Group HRIS projects, ensuring the HR network is informed and trained.
- Collect local tool requirements and propose common solutions where feasible.
- Participate in other ad hoc projects within Métiers d’Art.
- Master's or University Degree in Management or Human Resources
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian preferred
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in HR, either in a generalist role or within HR systems/processes
- Strong analytical skills

- Proficiency in IT systems and advanced Excel skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on either generalist roles or HR systems and processes.
Master's or University Degree in Management or Human Resources
