- Design, implement, and monitor communication campaigns for L&D offerings and activities.
- Research, write, and publish creative content for internal stakeholders and the L&D community.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas for leadership and management programs.
- Partner with program directors and managers to enhance communication plans and awareness of LVMH House activities.
- Support team members with communication-related projects, including calendar management and presentation materials.
- Maintain, analyze, and share metrics for communication and marketing efforts.
- Publish program evaluation dashboards by analyzing survey results.
- Update learning offers on the website and LMS.
- Create and manage learning program web pages on internal platforms.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for training programs.
- Analyze program data, including participant feedback and learning outcomes.
- Develop presentations based on data insights for leadership program stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support and coordination for employee trainings.
- Assist with planning and implementation of training programs and workshops.
- Communicate with stakeholders worldwide to organize programs.
- Support L&D teams on ad hoc projects.
- Student in Masters 2 degree in HR, organizational psychology, communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a similar field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel pivot tables.
- Excellent grammar skills with copy editing/proofreading experience.
- Fluent English, native speaker preferred, French appreciated.
- Proficiency in digital communication channels and tools.
- Tech and digital savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite and design programs.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Beginner
Masters 2 degree in HR, organizational psychology, communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or similar field.
