1. Manage onboarding processes, including welcome emails, MyBeautyPlay account creation, and preparation of welcome kits.
2. Coordinate integration training registrations, including factory visits and product training for Givenchy and Kenzo.
3. Facilitate the deployment of the training plan by managing registrations in the HRIS system.
4. Coordinate training sessions, including room reservations, meal orders, and attendance sheet preparation.
5. Monitor mandatory training completion via the LMS and propose corrective actions if necessary.
6. Analyze training feedback and share results with service providers.
7. Contribute to the preparation of the Group and Maison social report.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
2. Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Demonstrate a keen interest in HR training and development topics.

3. Curiosity, dynamism, and proactivity.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.

The internship offers six paid leave days, access to a corporate restaurant, and the possibility of receiving a recommendation for internal job applications. Interns may also be considered for the International Program, GLOW.
