- Lead the hiring, retention, and development of top-tier teams to drive retail sales acceleration.
- Manage a team of Retail Sales Account Executives to achieve brand objectives, focusing on sales and service goals.
- Develop strategic plans targeting key markets and geographies while maintaining brand values and image.
- Hire, coach, and motivate teams to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Deploy resources effectively to drive profitable growth.
- Enhance selling and management skills of Account Executives through field visits.
- Promote brand and group values, encouraging creativity and innovation.
- Develop and execute regional store strategies to exceed sales goals.
- Communicate brand-building opportunities to retailers and negotiate additional opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage budgets and provide insights on market trends.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Key Account Managers and Store Managers.
- Minimum 10 years of multi-door sales experience in prestige cosmetics or retail.
- Proven success in leading large teams and driving retail results with department stores and specialty retailers.
- Experience in hiring, training, and developing sales personnel.
- Strong understanding of beauty and fragrance brands and their competitive positioning.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in business analytics and financial analysis.
Minimum 10 years of multi-door sales experience in prestige cosmetics or retail, with a proven track record in managing large teams and driving retail results.
Salary range of $145,000 - $165,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
