LVMH Key Account Executive

1. Update and maintain the Sell-Out tracker for each retailer on a weekly basis.
2. Request and analyze trade reports from Account Managers and Field teams to assess counter performance, addressing any issues with relevant teams.
3. Provide monthly corporate report analyses, including retailer rankings, trends, and trade marketing activities.
4. Track and analyze sell-through, stock holding, and launch performance, offering strategic suggestions to drive business growth.
5. Update and distribute the Daily Gross Sales report and administer weekly information exchanges with retailers.
6. Validate incoming orders in line with launch allocations and stock availability, ensuring smooth supply-chain processes.
7. Assist in organizing and operating promotional activities and on-site visits.
8. Prepare New Line Forms for launches and promotions, managing stock allocation and replenishment issues.
9. Prepare information and slides for Retailer Strategy Meetings and monthly business reports.
10. Set up Purchase Orders and ensure budget compliance for retailer groups, managing underpayments and overdue accounts.
