Assistant Manager, Consumer Engagement

- Manage and develop paid/organic influencer and PR programs to drive strategic brand objectives.
- Facilitate and support content creation from influencers, creators, makeup artists, and advocates for brand programs.
- Create and optimize content briefs for influencer programs across paid and organic channels.
- Oversee content approvals process with headquarters and disseminate content internally.
- Develop a 'Friends of the House' editorial program to enhance brand awareness.
- Ensure strong editorial presence through collaboration with PR/media agencies and brand ambassadors.
- Maintain updated press lists for press releases and editor seedings.
- Refresh influencer and celebrity makeup artist lists for strategic campaign recommendations.
- Build and maintain a yearly calendar of consumer engagement programs.
- Identify, recruit, and build relationships with beauty influencers.
- Develop and manage relationships with top-tier influencers and content creators.
- Act as the primary contact for influencers, ensuring clear communication.
- Build monthly forecasts for future programs in partnership with the Paid Media Manager.
- Manage and track budgets for departmental, media, and influencer activities.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports on consumer engagement activities.
- Conduct market landscape analyses and competition reports.
- Use influencer tools for reporting on earned media work.
- Execute tactical brand/consumer engagement tasks including vendor setup and product ordering.
- Facilitate day-to-day brand engagement management and organizational needs.
- 2-4 years' experience in digital, social, or editorial roles in-house for a brand.
- Luxury and/or beauty industry experience is required.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent external communication skills.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Passion for beauty, trends, social media, and storytelling.
- Platform knowledge and expertise.
- Content creation and facilitation skills.
- Fast learner and open to feedback.
- Collaborative and eager to partner with peers.
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
Salary range of $73,000-$78,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
Hybrid working mode with in-office attendance required at least 3 days per week.
