LVMH Area Manager

1. Drive the development of Givenchy & Kenzo sell-out in Douglas, Ici Paris XL, and Bijenkorf outlets across the Netherlands.
2. Enhance sell-in growth at B&M Independents.
3. Advise, present, and sell Givenchy & Kenzo products to consumers.
4. Proactively increase direct consumer contacts and strengthen brand loyalty.
5. Achieve set sell-out and sell-in targets.
6. Coach and motivate sales assistants through targeted training.
7. Monitor stock levels, especially bestsellers, and ensure tester availability.
8. Follow merchandising guidelines to optimize product visibility.
9. Maintain and clean Givenchy GTS makeup displays.
10. Prepare and evaluate sell-out days for the Sales & Retail Analyst.
11. Adhere to grooming guidelines.
12. Provide weekly feedback to the Sales Director on consumer insights and competitor activities.
13. Compile various reports including planning and conversions.
14. Work full-time, Monday through Sunday, 37.5 hours per week.

1. Higher vocational education (HBO) level or equivalent.
2. Makeup training for commercial application.
3. Beautician training.
4. Driver's license B.

1. Proficiency in modern software and internet applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
3. Proficient spoken English.
4. Ability to effectively convey knowledge to others.
5. Natural persuasive skills.
6. Flexible, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
7. Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
8. Resides centrally in the Utrecht – Central Netherlands region.

A minimum of 5 years of commercial work experience is required.

Higher vocational education (HBO) level or equivalent.
