- Achieve sales targets within the designated territory through direct in-store selling, event coordination, and training of Beauty Advisors.
- Recruit, engage, and motivate in-store personnel, including Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists.
- Collaborate with the Education department to deliver comprehensive product and sales training, utilizing retailer technology and advanced selling techniques.
- Schedule, plan, and execute store-negotiated training sessions for Beauty Advisors in partnership with the New York Account Executive team.
- Implement all corporately directed events within the assigned territory.
- Work closely with the Account Executive team and Sales Director to strategically plan schedules and support key retail locations.
- Execute visual merchandising updates in collaboration with retail partners.
- Communicate stock requirements through appropriate channels.
- Partner with Account Executives on the training and development of the Selling Specialist team.
- Ensure the maintenance of LVMH Fragrance Brands' counter image at retail accounts, focusing on cleanliness, effective merchandising, and proper product placement.
- Conduct monthly productivity evaluations for all Selling Specialists within the territory.
- Perform additional job-related activities as required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in prestige beauty sales.
- Previous experience in roles such as Business Manager, Sales, or Training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Achievement-oriented with solid business acumen and financial aptitude.
- Leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to drive and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
A minimum of 3 years in prestige beauty sales, with prior experience in business management, sales, or training roles.
The salary range is $65,000-$75,000, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
