- Manage the schedules of two General Directors and Investment Directors.
- Coordinate physical reception and prepare meeting spaces.
- Oversee the scheduling of meeting rooms.
- Organize internal and external events.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements with group agencies.
- Arrange professional lunches and dinners.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as invoice management, visa procurement, and expense report handling.
- Compile a weekly newsletter.
- Fluency in English.
