LVMH Executive Assistant

- Manage the schedules of two general managers and the investment directors of the Paris team.
- Synchronize team schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
- Welcome visitors and prepare meeting spaces.
- Oversee the scheduling of meeting rooms.
- Monitor mail, packages, and emails.
- Verify and approve invoices, and process payments.
- Perform various administrative tasks including expense reports and travel formalities.
- Organize internal and external events.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements with group agencies.
- Book professional lunches and dinners.
- Compile a weekly newsletter.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
