LVMH Event Communication Officer - Internship

- Project management, design, coordination, and operational oversight of events.
- Participation in team meetings and project steering committees, liaising with various communication teams and departments.
- Involvement in concept development, format selection, and venue scouting for events.
- Supervision and management of guest lists: targeting, follow-ups, registration tracking, and on-site reception management.
- Support in organizing guest itineraries and hospitality logistics for international events.
- Research and selection of top-tier vendors and partners to fulfill creative and production ideas.
- Management of relationships with first-tier agencies and coordination with second-tier service providers (catering, hospitality, technical, decor, etc.).
- Budget monitoring and cost optimization.
- Drafting briefing materials for stakeholders and creating content for various communication channels.
- Coordination of event-related assets: invitations, save-the-date notices, visuals, signage, etc.
- Contribution to the promotion of events and development of digital communication strategies.
- KPI analysis of event-related data and debriefing with stakeholders.
- Consolidation of project feedback documents and preparation of reports for internal and executive presentation.
- Student in communication, event management, marketing, or related field.
- Significant prior experience in a communication department of an agency or company.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
- High level of rigor, anticipation, and autonomy.
- Team spirit, passion, and enthusiasm.
- Good knowledge of the event market, suppliers, and trends.
- Sensitivity to the luxury universe and its associated codes (excellence, creativity, attention to detail, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.

Entry-level experience in a communication department of an agency or company is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in communication, event management, marketing, or a related field.
