1. Assist in disseminating the global Diversity & Inclusion strategy across the Group, including preparation of materials and communications for regional teams and Maisons, monitoring implementation, and evaluating impact.
2. Support Group initiatives related to the Diversity & Inclusion agenda, such as EllesVMH, Pride Month, Inclusion Index, and Voices of Inclusion week.
3. Aid in organizing and executing communication campaigns and events, with the support of identified stakeholders.
4. Facilitate the animation of a Diversity & Inclusion network and engage in dialogue with various Group stakeholders through quarterly meetings, an annual seminar, and the management of engagement platforms.
5. Conduct strategic and media monitoring on Diversity & Inclusion topics.
6. Participate in additional projects as required by the department's current activities.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program with a passion for human-centric topics.
2. At least one prior professional experience in a corporate setting.
3. Strong interest in Diversity & Inclusion and equal opportunity concepts.

2. Excellent command of English.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong sense of service and confidentiality.
4. Flexible and adaptable with operational ease.
5. Proficient in IT tools.

Entry-level experience required, with at least one prior professional engagement in a corporate environment.

Master's degree in progress.
