1. Design and implement impactful employee development programs to foster continuous learning and career progression.
2. Lead the Organizational Management Review to identify and nurture key talents.
3. Collaborate with Maison Talent Directors to integrate regional talent initiatives with the global strategy.
4. Enhance internal mobility experiences in collaboration with the wider LVMH Group.
5. Lead the nomination process for LVMH HOUSE programs, strategically assigning learning experiences.
6. Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs.
7. Lead the executive recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
8. Collaborate with leaders to define staffing needs and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
9. Enhance LVMH Fashion Group’s employer brand through targeted marketing strategies.
10. Lead, mentor, and inspire the talent development and acquisition team.
11. Champion DEI initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.

1. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in talent development or acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
2. Proven success in developing and executing recruitment and development strategies.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
5. Passion for the fashion industry and a deep understanding of the market.

$160,000 - $175,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
