LVMH Data Analyst

- Manage employee access to the ecommerce platform for North American employees, ensuring compliance with eligibility rules.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Maison HR teams for employee account updates and eligibility criteria discussions.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to enhance data accuracy and synchronization processes.
- Produce and manage communications related to North American sales, including monthly sales calendars and weekly email updates.
- Monitor and analyze subscription and activation data for LVMHappening North America accounts, utilizing tools such as PowerBI.
- Conduct various analyses, including sales KPI tracking and purchasing behavior assessments.
- Adapt to evolving geographical responsibilities as the platform expands into new regions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of five years of experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Excel and large database management.
- Analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.
- Flexibility to work with US time zones from Paris.
- Attention to detail and quick responsiveness.
- Dynamic and team-oriented mindset.
A minimum of five years of professional experience is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in the retail industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
