- Receive and verify incoming goods, ensuring accurate recording of quantities and quality in the system.
- Prepare customer orders with precision, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to luxury packaging standards.
- Manage articles and client databases, maintaining accuracy and accessibility.
- Oversee daily management of sales and support orders, facilitating the distribution of luxury products.
- Introduce and track files, manage returns to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Submit annual declarations to Fost+ & Valipac, contributing to corporate environmental responsibility.
- Provide support to various Maisons, gaining exposure across the LVMH luxury portfolio.
- Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction through collaboration with internal teams.
- Identify and address potential customer service issues, developing proactive strategies.
- Beginner-level experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with luxury brand operations and standards.
- Strong administrative and digital skills, including proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mobilize internal stakeholders.
Beginner-level experience in customer service or operations within a luxury or related industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
