1. Receive and verify incoming goods, ensuring accurate recording of quantities and quality in the system.
2. Prepare customer orders with precision, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to luxury packaging standards.
3. Manage articles and client databases, maintaining accuracy and accessibility.
4. Oversee daily management of sales and support orders, facilitating the distribution of luxury products.
5. Introduce and track files, manage returns to uphold customer satisfaction.
6. Submit annual declarations to Fost+ & Valipac, contributing to corporate environmental responsibility.
7. Provide support to various Maisons, gaining exposure across the LVMH luxury portfolio.
8. Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction through collaboration with internal teams.
9. Identify and address potential customer service issues, developing proactive strategies.

1. Beginner-level experience in a related field.
2. Familiarity with luxury brand operations and standards.

1. Strong administrative and digital skills, including proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
3. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mobilize internal stakeholders.

Beginner-level experience in customer service or operations within a luxury or related industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
