LVMH Content and Community Specialist for IT Innovation

- Create engaging English-language content on IT projects, innovations, and tech events within LVMH.
- Conduct interviews with project leaders and experts across various IT domains.
- Produce visual and multimedia content (videos, infographics, images) to enhance articles and project presentations.
- Promote internal events through video editing, interviews, and short reports.
- Identify and engage communication contacts within the IT departments of LVMH's various brands.
- Build and maintain a community of key contributors (CIOs, CTOs, Project Managers, RUN Managers).
- Facilitate the submission of new content by preparing contribution guides, templates, and surveys.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and manage content collection across the group.
- Identify and address the interests and needs of IT professionals within LVMH.
- Develop new content formats (e.g., short articles, interviews).
- Create and distribute newsletters.
- Participate in digital and physical events to capture and disseminate content.
- Monitor site performance indicators and prepare monthly reports.
- Master's degree in Digital Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in project management, design, content creation, and tech topics.
- Passion for digital technologies, technological innovations, and luxury brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (essential).
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal, creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Digital communication experience (newsletters, community, microlearning).
- Strong writing skills and aesthetic sensitivity.
- Knowledge of digital platforms and social media.

Entry-level experience in digital communication, with a focus on newsletters, community building, and microlearning.
Master's degree in Digital Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
