1. Assist in designing compensation packages for international assignments, including salary, allowances, benefits, and relocation.
2. Support the definition of competitive compensation packages for new hires.
3. Prepare proposals and presentations for management.
4. Administer expatriate packages and coordinate international relocation logistics.
5. Ensure compliance with global Group mobility policy.
6. Provide support to expatriates and new hires regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
7. Maintain accurate records of assignments, compensation, and benefits.
8. Prepare reports for audits and analyze data to improve package effectiveness.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong communication and analytical skills.
4. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Interest in international HR and global mobility.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those currently pursuing a degree in a related field.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
