LVMH Compensation & Benefits Analyst

- Assist in the management of compensation and benefits reviews, including annual salary reviews, salary surveys, and benchmarking analyses.
- Support ad hoc projects, including the analysis and evaluation of existing practices and the implementation of innovative projects.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across different markets in Asia, working closely with the regional C&B team based in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.
- Engage with the HR and C&B community at local, regional, and global levels within LVMH's maisons, addressing both operational and strategic challenges.
- Collect data and conduct external compensation and benefits surveys, as well as specific benchmarking analyses.
- Manage daily reporting and analysis of compensation data, updating salary databases and mappings.
- Participate in the preparation and management of the annual compensation review process.
- Promote data-driven decision-making within the team, supporting the digitalization of C&B tools, particularly Excel and Power BI, by implementing dashboards and relevant indicators.
- Participate in the renewal process of health and welfare insurance plans, evaluate the performance of existing coverages, and manage the administrative aspects of medical plans.
- Assist in the implementation of new benefits programs across various Asian markets.
- Coordinate wellness initiatives and health prevention measures.
- Support the department on various specific projects.
- Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency in IT tools (Excel and Power BI), with a data-driven mindset.
- Organized and meticulous with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative and interact effectively in a multi-site, multilingual, and multicultural work environment.
- Team spirit is essential.
