1. Assist in the management of compensation and benefits reviews, including annual salary reviews, salary surveys, and benchmarking analyses.
2. Support ad hoc projects, including the analysis and evaluation of existing practices and the implementation of innovative projects.
3. Collaborate with various stakeholders across different markets in Asia, working closely with the regional C&B team based in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.
4. Engage with the HR and C&B community at local, regional, and global levels within LVMH's maisons, addressing both operational and strategic challenges.
5. Collect data and conduct external compensation and benefits surveys, as well as specific benchmarking analyses.
6. Manage daily reporting and analysis of compensation data, updating salary databases and mappings.
7. Participate in the preparation and management of the annual compensation review process.
8. Promote data-driven decision-making within the team, supporting the digitalization of C&B tools, particularly Excel and Power BI, by implementing dashboards and relevant indicators.
9. Participate in the renewal process of health and welfare insurance plans, evaluate the performance of existing coverages, and manage the administrative aspects of medical plans.
10. Assist in the implementation of new benefits programs across various Asian markets.
11. Coordinate wellness initiatives and health prevention measures.
12. Support the department on various specific projects.

1. Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management, Management, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and communication skills.
3. Excellent proficiency in IT tools (Excel and Power BI), with a data-driven mindset.
4. Organized and meticulous with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
5. Ability to take initiative and interact effectively in a multi-site, multilingual, and multicultural work environment.
6. Team spirit is essential.
7. Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
8. Strong interest in Asian cultures.
