LVMH Client Programs Manager

- Manage and coordinate the re-use of transversal Client Development assets across all streams within the Maison Business.
- Oversee the consistent application and updating of the Client Lifecycle across the organisation.
- Contribute to the design and monitoring of new assets, ensuring alignment with the overall Client Development strategy.
- Drive the adoption of playbooks and demo materials to support Clienteling, CRM AI, and marketing automation strategies.
- Promote the utilisation of Client Development assets within the Group, Divisions, Regions, and Maisons.
- Conduct training sessions, demos, and workshops to evangelise CRM tools and assets.
- Track the adoption and performance of Client Development initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Lead Client Development initiatives for transversal Group projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
- Manage the success and satisfaction of Maisons, ensuring their journeys align with business objectives.
- Master's degree in Business, CRM, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record (7+ years) in implementing Client Development programs within the luxury sector.
- Experience in roles involving cross-border activities and understanding of diverse markets.
- Prior employment in a consultancy agency is highly desired.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, AI-driven marketing tools, and clienteling strategies.
- Advanced analytical capabilities paired with a strategic mindset.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing Client Development programs within the luxury sector, with a focus on Client journey strategy definition and orchestration.
Master's degree in Business, CRM, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
