1. Minimum Bac+2 degree (BTS MUC, BTS NRC, DUT TC) or a university degree in literature, languages, humanities, or art history.
2. Enthusiasm and sensitivity to luxury values.
3. Strong interpersonal, service, and commercial skills.
4. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese).

The program includes a fully funded training at EIML Paris, leading to a Bac+3 certification recognized by the French Ministry of Labor and the Institute ME's Brevet d’Excellence. Participants will also benefit from soft-skills coaching and exclusive Master Classes within LVMH Maisons.
