LVMH Chief Information Security Officer

The CISO Holding tailors and implements global cybersecurity policies, measures, and solutions to meet the specific needs of the Holding's unique activities, organizational structure, and information systems.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct risk assessments within the Holding's scope.
- Identify key processes, assets, and suppliers.
- Identify regulatory or contractual requirements specific to the Holding.
- Adapt and implement Group security policies in the Holding's context, supplemented by specific policies, procedures, and operational modes as needed. Ensure communication to all stakeholders.
- Monitor the implementation of security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct security validations for necessary processes, manage exceptions appropriately, and regularly review them.
- Specify and coordinate technical and organizational security audits and reviews for processes, systems, and applications.
- Verify compliance with internal and external policies through compliance dashboards and control plans. Continuously evaluate security practices and systems, and develop improvement plans.
- Define a multi-year cybersecurity roadmap, including the Group's shared roadmap and additional specific needs of the Holding. Monitor its implementation.
- Promote and communicate cybersecurity awareness among tech teams, business departments, and management.
- Provide security advice to business and support departments.
- Coordinate security integration by design in all new application or infrastructure projects, during initial construction, operation, or major updates.
- Coordinate the use of global cyber defense services and solutions for monitoring, detection, and incident response.
- Lead the security incident management process: handle alerts, vulnerabilities, and incidents, conduct investigations, and ensure remediation by responsible parties.
- Animate the crisis cell for significant incidents with the Group cyber defense team. Conduct post-incident reviews.
- Specify and supervise identity and access management processes, including privileged access management. Conduct account and authorization reviews.
- Assist business units in specifying cyber resilience needs. Ensure recovery plans are in place and tested.
- Develop, organize, deliver, or supervise training and awareness actions, including using global content and services provided by LVMH.
- Advanced degree in engineering, ideally with a specialization in cybersecurity.
- Proven experience in leading cybersecurity activities, with a minimum of 10 years in the field.
- Technical expertise in cybersecurity best practices, standards, and regulations.
- Experience in risk identification, evaluation, and management, as well as implementing risk mitigation measures and incident response plans.
- Project management skills to coordinate and oversee cybersecurity measures.
- Proactive threat anticipation and solution development skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and explain security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting security audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Autonomous, pragmatic, methodical, and rigorous approach.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, particularly during security crises or incidents.
