This platform focuses on redistributing surplus fabrics from LVMH's luxury brands at competitive prices to fashion professionals. Situated in Paris, Nona Source operates within La Caserne, Europe's largest ecological transition accelerator dedicated to the fashion and luxury sectors.
- Identify and convert new clients to increase revenue and sales.
- Develop the client portfolio in France and strategic international regions such as the UK, Germany, Denmark, and Belgium.
- Accelerate business development in newer sectors like leather and furniture.
- Identify business opportunities and deploy necessary commercial actions with new stakeholders.
- Re-engage prospects from the database, including sample buyers without follow-up and registered prospects without orders.
- Organize Nona Source's participation in trade shows like Première Vision and follow up on contacts made during these events to maximize sales.
- Collaborate closely with showroom managers to streamline the customer experience and implement the commercial strategy.
- Optimize commercial processes, ensuring effective client management and seamless showroom visit arrangements.
- Implement an efficient prospecting strategy through email, calls, and travel.
- Contribute to the creation of sales tools such as commercial presentations and material binders.
- Participate in weekly governance with showroom teams to ensure rigorous client follow-up and maximize appointment bookings.
- Conduct active competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and stay abreast of trends.
- Collaborate with the communication team to target strategic brands and create high-value partnerships.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of tracking indicators in CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Analyze client information in HubSpot to drive prospecting efforts, including site registrations and prospect segmentation.
- Monitor commercial performance using key indicators and propose improvements.
- Provide regular reporting to management, highlighting successes and opportunities for development.
- Gather and share purchasing obstacles faced by prospects with the team, managed globally by the Marketing & Digital Lead.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, management, or equivalent.
- Initial experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience in the fashion or design sector is highly appreciated.
- Strong understanding of the fashion, design, luxury, or circular economy sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the fashion or design industry.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, management, or equivalent.
