LVMH Business Developer

Nona Source is a platform dedicated to the circular economy, collecting surplus fabrics from LVMH's luxury brands and selling them at attractive prices to fashion professionals. The platform operates an e-commerce site and has a showroom in Paris at La Caserne, Europe's largest ecological transition accelerator for the fashion and luxury industry.
- Identify and convert new clients to increase revenue and sales.
- Develop the client portfolio in France and strategic international areas such as the UK, Germany, Denmark, and Belgium.
- Accelerate business development in newer activities like leather and furniture.
- Identify business opportunities and deploy necessary commercial actions with new partners.
- Re-engage prospects from the database.
- Organize participation in trade shows like Première Vision and follow up on contacts made.
- Collaborate with showroom managers to enhance customer experience.
- Implement and optimize commercial processes.
- Execute the prospecting strategy effectively through emails, calls, and visits.
- Contribute to the creation of sales tools.
- Participate in weekly governance with showroom teams.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the communication team to target strategic brands and create high-value partnerships.
- Develop and evolve tracking indicators in CRM tools.
- Analyze client information in HubSpot for prospecting management.
- Monitor commercial performance using key indicators and propose improvements.
- Provide regular reporting to management, highlighting successes and opportunities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, management, or equivalent.
- First experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience in the fashion or design sector is highly appreciated.
- Strong understanding of the fashion, design, luxury, or circular economy sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level position with a first experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, management, or equivalent.
