LVMH is a leading luxury goods company that launched Nona Source in April 2021. Nona Source is a platform dedicated to the circular economy, collecting surplus fabrics from LVMH's luxury brands and reselling them at attractive prices to fashion professionals. The platform operates an e-commerce site and has a showroom in Paris at La Caserne, Europe's largest ecological transition accelerator for the fashion and luxury sector.
- Identify and convert new clients to increase revenue and sales.
- Develop the client portfolio in France and strategic international areas.
- Accelerate business development in newer activities such as leather and furniture.
- Identify business opportunities and deploy necessary commercial actions.
- Re-engage prospects from the database.
- Organize participation in trade shows like Première Vision and follow up on contacts.
- Collaborate closely with showroom managers to enhance customer experience.
- Implement and optimize commercial processes.
- Execute the prospecting strategy through various channels.
- Contribute to the creation of sales tools.
- Participate in weekly governance with showroom teams.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the communication team to target strategic brands.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of tracking indicators in CRM tools.
- Analyze customer information in HubSpot to guide prospecting.
- Monitor commercial performance using key indicators.
- Provide regular reporting to management.
- Gather and share purchase obstacles with the team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, management, or equivalent.
- First experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience in the fashion or design sector is highly appreciated.
- Strong understanding of the fashion and design industry, luxury, or circular economy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Fluent in English.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and strong interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, persistent, and results-oriented.
- Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Passion for fashion, luxury, and/or sustainability is a plus.
Minimum 5 years
Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, management, or equivalent.
