LVMH Business Developer
LVMH, a global leader in luxury, is renowned for its prestigious portfolio of over 70 distinguished brands. As part of its commitment to sustainability and innovation, LVMH has launched Nona Source, a pioneering platform dedicated to the circular economy. Nona Source specializes in repurposing surplus fabrics from LVMH's luxury houses, offering them at competitive prices to fashion professionals. The platform operates from a showroom in Paris, located within La Caserne, Europe's largest ecological transition accelerator for the fashion and luxury sectors.
- Identify and convert new clients to increase revenue and sales in France and strategic international markets such as the UK, Germany, Denmark, and Belgium.
- Accelerate business development in emerging sectors such as leather and furniture.
- Organize and manage Nona Source's participation in trade shows like Première Vision, ensuring follow-up with contacts to maximize sales.
- Collaborate closely with showroom managers to enhance customer experience and streamline commercial processes.
- Implement and execute an effective prospecting strategy through email, calls, and visits.
- Contribute to the creation of sales tools, including presentations and material binders.
- Engage in weekly governance meetings with showroom teams to ensure rigorous client follow-up and appointment maximization.
- Conduct active competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the communication team to target strategic brands and establish high-value partnerships.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of tracking indicators within CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Analyze client information in HubSpot to guide prospecting efforts and segment new prospects.
- Monitor commercial performance using key indicators and propose improvement strategies.
- Provide regular reporting to management, highlighting successes and opportunities for development.
- Gather and share purchasing obstacles faced by prospects with the team, managed globally by the Marketing & Digital Lead.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Management, or equivalent.
- Initial experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience in the fashion or design sector is highly appreciated.
- Strong understanding of the fashion, design, luxury, or circular economy sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the fashion or design sector.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Management, or equivalent.
