1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competitors' activities, including special actions and launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
6. Track sales performance according to KPIs.
7. Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
3. Desirable English proficiency at B2 level.
4. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
