LVMH Assistant Community & Editorial Project Manager

- Manage the LVMH group's social media ecosystem across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, coordinating with the social media manager to handle the editorial calendar, propose and publish posts, and monitor engagement.
- Draft daily editorial content for various communication channels, including the LVMH website and intranet.
- Publish editorial content on the LVMH website and intranet.
- Provide live coverage and real-time amplification for key group events through IG stories and live tweets.
- Conduct daily monitoring of LVMH brand news and online conversations to identify potential opportunities or crisis topics, including press review and sensitive topic identification.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to moderate and clean up comments.
- Contribute to the management of the LVMH WeChat account in collaboration with the local creative agency and LVMH China HR contacts.
- Analyze communication KPIs for organic and sponsored actions, and report on crisis topics, providing recommendations based on insights.
- Higher education in Sciences Po, business school, or a Master's degree in communication from a university.
- Solid initial experience in a communication agency or in-house within an Institutional/Corporate Communication department.
- Excellent writing skills and high proficiency in spelling.
- Mastery of digital codes, social media usage, and digital content writing.
- Curiosity, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
Beginner level experience in communication, either in an agency or in-house within a corporate communication department.
Higher education in Sciences Po, business school, or a Master's degree in communication.
