- Contribute to the deployment of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs initiatives, including marketing, recruitment, integration, and learning processes.
- Support continuous improvement of programs, focusing on candidate experience, HRIS systems, provider management, project planning, and feedback reporting.
- Activate and organize Next Generation related events such as afterworks, community gatherings, and learning expeditions.
- Facilitate best practices sharing across Maisons and coordinate benchmarks and mappings.
- Contribute to emerging HR projects for the Next Generation.
- Support facilitation of stakeholder and ambassador communities and committees, including Graduates, Mentors, Managers, and HR professionals.
- Collaborate with external and internal service providers to ensure timely and brand-consistent deliveries.
- Coordinate back-office activities, including reporting, KPI tracking, schedule management, database tracking, survey support, and presentation design.
- Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, with a medium level of French.
