1. Contribute to the deployment of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs initiatives, including marketing, recruitment, integration, and learning processes.
2. Support continuous improvement of programs, focusing on candidate experience, HRIS systems, provider management, project planning, and feedback reporting.
3. Activate and organize Next Generation related events such as afterworks, community gatherings, and learning expeditions.
4. Facilitate best practices sharing across Maisons and coordinate benchmarks and mappings.
5. Contribute to emerging HR projects for the Next Generation.
6. Support facilitation of stakeholder and ambassador communities and committees, including Graduates, Mentors, Managers, and HR professionals.
7. Collaborate with external and internal service providers to ensure timely and brand-consistent deliveries.
8. Coordinate back-office activities, including reporting, KPI tracking, schedule management, database tracking, survey support, and presentation design.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program.
2. Fluent in English, both oral and written, with a medium level of French.
