LVMH Academic Relations Senior Manager

- Organize and coordinate various school events such as School Forums, Conferences, Visits, LVMH Day, Career Roundtables, and Business Cases, involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and monitor the school calendar, detailing all school-related actions with partners and target schools.
- Oversee event logistics including registrations, identification of participating Maisons, participant confirmations, and arrangements for lunch, badges, and transport.
- Brief speakers prior to school events.
- Supervise external service providers such as stand builders, caterers, photographers, and branding elements.
- Ensure qualitative and quantitative feedback after each academic event.
- Contribute to content strategy and storytelling for the Schools division in partnership with Employer Brand teams within Talent Engagement.
- Act as an ambassador for INSIDE LVMH and Graduate Programs.
- Collaborate closely with Maisons to enhance recruitment of students from partner and target schools for internships and apprenticeships.
- Provide monthly updates with partner and target schools.
- Produce qualitative presentations for the monthly Academic Steering Committee with Campus Managers.
- Propose innovative initiatives/actions aligned with the roadmap.
- Manage operational follow-up of quotes and invoices with all partners/providers.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR functions such as Campus Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, or L&D, or in event management with a strong interest in people.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to speak confidently in public.
- Excellent project and time management skills, capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Sensitivity to the luxury industry.
- International experience and a good understanding of the international educational system are advantageous.
- Intercultural sensitivity, proven communication and negotiation skills, rigor, intellectual agility, and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
Minimum of 5 years in relevant HR or event management roles.
