LVMH Academic Relations Senior Manager

- Organize and coordinate various school events such as School Forums, Conferences, Visits, LVMH Day, Career Roundtables, and Business Cases with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and monitor the academic calendar, detailing all school-related actions with partners and target schools.
- Oversee event logistics including registrations, identification of participating Houses, participant confirmations, catering, badges, and transportation.
- Brief speakers prior to school events.
- Supervise external vendors including stand builders, caterers, photographers, and branding elements.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback post-academic events.
- Contribute to content strategy and storytelling for the Schools division in partnership with the Employer Brand teams within Talent Engagement.
- Act as an ambassador for INSIDE LVMH, Graduate Programs, and the Group.
- Collaborate closely with Houses to maximize recruitment of students from partner and target schools for internships/apprenticeships.
- Maintain monthly updates with partner and target schools.
- Prepare qualitative presentations for the monthly Academic Steering Committee with House Campus Managers.
- Propose innovative initiatives/actions aligned with the roadmap.
- Handle operational follow-up of quotes and invoices with all partners/vendors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR functions (Campus Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, L&D) or event management with a strong interest in people.
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills; confident public speaking is essential.
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Sensitivity to the luxury industry.
- International experience and knowledge of the international educational system is a plus.
- Intercultural sensitivity, proven communication and negotiation skills, rigor, intellectual agility, and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
